Story

After the American Civil War, the United States entered a period of reconstruction. The booming labor market and higher wages drew many immigrants seeking new opportunities—including you. As an experienced ship mechanic from Great Britain, you quickly found work in the bustling port of Oakland, nestled on the shores of San Francisco Bay.

Two years later, an offer arrived—an assignment unlike any before. A private company sought a specialist for the maintenance of an aging ocean platform, far out in the Pacific. One month of complete isolation, a structure in disrepair, and little information about the employer’s operations. Yet the pay was generous, too good to refuse. You signed the contract.

The company arranged your departure. Beyond that, details were scarce. What awaited you out there, beyond the horizon, was a mystery.

This project was ultimately canceled, and only the introductory part of the game was completed. As a result, the game may contain bugs and unfinished elements.

I uploaded the game just so my work doesn't go to waste. The game has served me great training and I will continue making games on my MAIN account. If you are mostly interested in the atmosphere and interest of an unfinished game - I think you will have something to look at
